RESIDENT SATISFACTION SURVEY 2019

Yorkhill Housing Association are asking Knowledge Partnership, who are independent researchers, to carry out a Resident Satisfaction Survey on our behalf.  We want to find out what you, as a resident, think about our properties and our services and would like to hear your views on how we are doing and what we can do to improve.

At some time over the next four to six weeks, a trained researcher from Knowledge Partnership may call at your home to conduct an interview. The interview will be completely confidential and should last no longer than 15 minutes. The interviews will be carried out during the day-time, early evening and at weekends. The interviewer will carry full personal identification, which will be shown to you when they call.

Any residents who agree to be interviewed will have their names entered into a prize draw for the chance to win £100 voucher of their choice.
