Earlier this year, 188 owners took part in our Factoring Service Satisfaction Survey. Thank you to everyone who shared their views!
We're pleased that overall satisfaction with the service remains high at 82.45%, with particularly positive feedback on:
- Estate Caretaker Service – 90% satisfied
- Stair Cleaning – 88% satisfied
- Internal Communal Repairs – 86% satisfied
- External Building Repairs – 84% satisfied
- Bulk Uplift Services – 82% satisfied
- Charges seen as good value - 77% say value for money is “very” or “fairly good
Many customers also told us they find our staff helpful, knowledgeable and easy to contact.
However, the survey also highlighted areas where we can improve, particularly around:
- Communication and updates
- Billing clarity
- Understanding factoring charges
- Repairs management
- Cleaning and backcourt issues
- Awareness of available services
