Making an Environmental Information request

You can make an Environmental Information request in any format and this includes verbal requests.  Verbal can be, for example, by telephone or by speaking to a member of staff in the office.

Regulations require the Association to respond to all Environmental Information Requests in writing, so if you do not advise us when making a request we will need to ask you for a name and contact details for correspondence.

To allow us to respond to you as quickly as possible please describe the information you want as clearly as possible. 

If you need information in a particular format please let us know and we will accommodate you unless: it is reasonable to make the information available in another form or format, or the information is already publicly available and easily accessible in another form or format. The Association will always comply with all of our equalities duties when responding to requests.

The Association has a dedicated email post-box you can use to make information requests at dpo@yorkhillha.org

You can however contact any member of the Association’s staff who will pass any requests for information, advice or assistance.
